Let us convert your existing bike into a useful electric bike using the British engineered Boost electric bike conversion kit.
How does it work?
The Boost battery looks like a large bottle and fits on your bottle cage mounts.
The Boost kit also replaces the existing rear wheel on your bike with a new rear wheel containing a 250 watt hub motor. Boost only sell a rear wheel conversion as front wheel conversions although simpler can change the handling of the bike and make it unsafe.
Boost have various rear wheel sizes available, so in most circumstance we can make a kit work for you.
If your size is not shown, we can build a new wheel for you.
We can fit kits to:
• Road bikes
• Hybrid bikes
• Mountain bikes with 26”, 27.5” or 29”wheels
• Brompton folding bikes with 16” wheels
Other sizes require us to build a new wheel around the Boost 250w hub motor. We can supply wheels for rim or disc brakes.
Boost rear wheels can be specified with a quick release axle, solid axle or 142mm thru axle.
